No I have not seen any museum so far at Melbourne.
It's amazing, so huge and informative. I love the animal section and the psychology section with interactive games and quizzes
Yes, I love it. Much bigger than ours here in WA!
My husband and I took our two little grandsons ( ages 3 & 5) . They both adore dinosaurs , creepy bugs and spiders and loved the hands on kid friendly environment.
The restaurant offers fun food boxes for the kids, with healthy sandwich, fruit snack and juice , packed in a colourful themed box to take home to 'show' mum and dad.
There are also two great play areas, an outside courtyard for physical activities and an inside area with activity table, reading area and dress-ups etc.
Our grandchildren loved it so much they didn't want to leave, in fact , begged for a return visit.
My husband and I also thoroughly enjoyed it and plan to return minus the grandkids so we can fully absorb the exhibits without the distractions !

Our family absolutely love Melbourne Museum, we visit at least 4 x year, the Children's Gallery is brilliant
Yes, we've taken our grand-daughter there, while visiting Melbourne from Sydney, (NSW) It's a lovely place, esp' the children's area. We had already visited it before she came along.
