Calatrava near Crown's landing of Yarra. They are gelatos actually but they come in such an array of lovely flavours.
I love that too.
Cold Rock.
Ben & Jerry's.

What about Gourmet Ice Cream shop? If you go you have to try the extreme chocolate! Yummy stuff! ;)
I went to Movenpick at the weekend - loved it!
Helados Jauja, on Lygon Street. It's smooth Argentinian icecream homemade from scratch, with a huge range of interesting flavours. And their salted caramel is to-die-for.
I love Dairy Bell in Bundoora, been there for years and years, make awesome banana splits and iced coffees, as well as a huge variety of icecreams, Best of all they are reasonably priced. jojo
Gelobar in Brunswick is well worth a visit for an ice cream fix. they also have wonderful gelato, and a a wide range of cakes. The pistachio gelato tastes just like pistachios, the chocolate is divine. Great for something sweet after dinner, or a Sunday afternoon treat.
I love XPATS on Burwood Highway great service great flavours. This little place is the front for a laundromat so you can do your washing and have a nice icecream at the same time it just down the road ( heading towards Knox) from Deakin University by By Jumpers.
