Viva Physiotherapy in Melbourne CBD is a must. Kathryn Anderson opened up her business to incorporate pilates and run alongside the physiotherapy being offered. Her staff are exceptional (as she is). Kathryn's approach to pilates is curative and acts as a platform to continue with rehab and maintain fitness.

Unlike gyms, the space and equipment are always maintained and clean and pricing is fantastic. If you're incorporating pilates as part of your physio treatment you can also claim a health rebate on the cost.

I had incredibly painful sciatica which I preserved with for years. It had been misdiagnosed and when I went to see Kathryn not only did she correctly diagnose the problem, she set me onto the road to recovery. I've been doing pilates every since as part of my conditioning.

I can't recommend Viva Physiotherapy for physio and pilates highly enough.
Try studio criq in meyes place.
I agree with chipp. Studio criq is the best.
