There is a stall in Queen Victoria market, who has very good quality cookware at reasonable prices.
I buy WOLL pans

They are for me the best available nowadays, and I buy them from the Agent who you can find online.

They have a good range and you can use high heat on these non stick pans and woks etc. They also have a handle that clips on and off which is great for washing.

And you can use metal on them unlike Scanpan, Circulon and all those other brands.
