Children love indoor playgrounds and parents do too, perhaps for different reasons.
For children, it is a fun place, to explore, to climb, to slide down, to jump and to run around, even on a rainy day.
For parents, it's a place to catch up with friends or read a book or work on a project while children are busy playing, it's a great place to hold events, such as birthday parties, and they know that children will be tired and hopefully sleep better when they return home.
Do you and your children have a favourite indoor playground in and around Melbourne that you could recommend to your friends in a heartbeat? What are its unique features? Why do you think it's the best?
My favourite is The Silly Seahorse in Chelsea on Wells Road. Perfect playcentre for youngsters; open spacious and clean, reasonably priced food for kids and adults, and very friendly staff. Like a second home for us. Highly recommended.
