Where would you say is the best lookout point in Victoria's capital state? Would you choose a CBD location or somewhere further afield?

The image above is taken from Olivers Hill in Frankston, off the Nepean Highway. It is a beautiful lookout point and a personal favourite of mine. On a good day, you can see the city skyline in the distance.
